Returns & Refunds Policy

At Gift Crafters, we take pride in creating custom pieces specifically for you. Because our products are personalized and made to order, we have a specific policy regarding returns and refunds.


1. Personalized Goods

Since every item is custom-made to your specific requirements, we do not accept returns or exchanges for “change of mind” or customer errors (such as spelling mistakes provided at the time of order). We encourage you to double-check all personalization details before finalizing your purchase.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. If your order arrives defective, damaged, or significantly different from the approved design, we will make it right.

  • Reporting Period: Please notify us at admin@giftcrafters.co.za within 7 days of receiving your package.

  • Evidence: To expedite the process, please include your order number and clear photos of the defect or damage.

  • Resolution: Once the defect is verified, we will either replace the item at no additional cost to you or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

3. Return Process

If a return is authorized due to a manufacturing defect:

  1. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

  2. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  3. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

4. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, Gift Crafters will cover the cost of return shipping and the shipping of the replacement item.
